- Launched a white-label AI sales assistant serving 30+ UK estate agencies and handling 1,500+ visitor conversations per month. Built the React interface and LangChain/LangGraph agent runtime for RAG-based property search, structured filters, and a deterministic flow for booking viewings outside office hours.

- Turned agency websites into searchable property catalogs through a self-serve ingestion pipeline using Firecrawl and schema-validated LLM extraction, with embeddings stored in agency-specific Qdrant collections.

- Enabled voice search with interruptible replies (barge-in) and a text fallback when transcription dropped. Built the streaming STT/TTS integrations with Deepgram and WebSocket.

- Published a React Native/Expo field-operations app for iOS and Android in about three months, with use limited to internal testing. Built geofenced check-ins and offline photo capture, with a SQLite outbox and idempotent backend commands to sync on reconnect.

- Enabled members to sign in, apply for loans, upload documents, and view repayments through a React interface and Python/Quart backend with member and cooperative access controls.

- Gave coding agents searchable access to internal SDK conventions and engineering patterns through an MCP server with per-user API keys.

- Delivered vehicle-release, inspection, and PIX debt-payment workflows as the main frontend engineer on Pátio Mais, a platform with 100,000+ registered vehicles serving 14 yards and about 1,400 vehicle arrivals monthly.

- Built document-upload and printable-document flows for standard and special vehicle releases using multi-step forms. Implemented and documented frontend payload mapping for DETRAN BA vehicle-term requests.

- Delivered the inspection-report workflow from requirements to implementation, allowing vehicle lookup and documentation of restrictions, damage, and photos. Built the supporting NestJS and Prisma endpoints for vehicle lookup and restriction management.

- Created a reusable AWS S3 upload component adopted across charge generation, vehicle intake, release, payments, and inspection reports.

- Built the Leilão Mais staff console from the first commit in Next.js and TypeScript, enabling auction setup, lot assignment, DETRAN transaction monitoring, and post-auction bidder management and accountability.

- Across three roles at Infratoken (May 2022–Apr 2024), led frontend development across 15+ projects and served as the main frontend maintainer for over a year.

- Guided new developers through the products and implementation patterns using code reviews and explanations of frontend architecture and UX/UI.
